Should Form C for the Final Report cover the whole duration of the project or only the last reporting period? For example 2 year project, so for the Final report, should contractors fill Form C only for the last year or for both?

The Form C should be completed for each reporting period as defined within the contract. This is normally annual, but could be 6 monthly, or in the case of some projects lasting less than two years for the full period of the project. The Form C is not cumulative but for each reporting period – the coordinator prepares a summary for the project period showing each period separately and the total for all forms C per partner.
