Q:

We are coordinating an IP project in FP6 and it has come to our final reporting period. What do we state under "Period" in our form C? As it is our final financial statement, we are allowed to charge costs related to preparing the final reports 45 days after the end of the reporting period. Do we include these days under "period" or is it the official project period that is referred to?

A:

The period of the project remains the same. i.e final period is 12 months not 12 months plus 45 days. Also the same applies to the reporting period. The 45 days is to cover audit fees to be paid, expenses incurred or paid after date but relating to period of project
