Over an eventful three days, delegates will participate in their choice of 70 Thematically Focused Paper and interactive Workshop Sessions, listening, reacting to and discussing over 270 presentations by delegates from 38 Countries in 5 continents. Topics addressed include:

  • e-Business: distributed applications, GRID, interoperability, QOS, service oriented architectures; SME exploitation of eCommerce & eBusiness;
  • e-Democracy: eVoting, eParticipation & political digital divide;
