In our project we wish to engage advisors, who are not parties to the GA. We want to use project funds to reimburse travel expenses. Is this possible?

As long as the use of advisors and provision for their travel expenses is written into the Grant Agreement then there is no problem. The funding pot associated with this should be allocated to a partner.
